The painting does have some bubble from the resin, I like the added texture it gives with a busy painting.

Sides are unpainted so you can see the drips from the paint. (Can be painted if desired, just ask!)

* Photos do not capture the true depth of the painting and since I used resin, its hard to photograph without a glare
